- Platform Usage
itutorvillage.com connects students with qualified tutors for personalized online learning. Users must create an account to access services and agree to provide accurate information during registration.
- Lesson Payments
All payments for lessons must be made through the platform for the first 10 sessions with any tutor. This ensures secure transactions, proper documentation, and quality assurance.
After 10 complete lessons, parents may choose to pay the tutor directly. However, we strongly recommend continuing to use the platform for all payments to maintain:
- Secure and traceable transactions
- Access to dispute resolution support
- Session tracking and performance records
Please note that itutorvillage is not liable for any issues arising from direct payments made outside the platform.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee at the tutor’s discretion. Repeated cancellations may affect your account status.
- Code of Conduct
All users are expected to maintain respectful and professional communication. Any form of harassment, abuse, or misconduct may result in suspension or termination of your account.
- Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
- Limitation of Liability
itutorvillage is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, missed sessions, or disputes between users.
- Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
