Yes. Students may message you directly through your profile to ask questions or confirm availability. Prompt professional responses help build trust and increase bookings.

How are payments processed and when will I receive mine?
Instructor payments are processed monthly via your selected payout method. You can view your earnings and payment schedule under “My Earnings” in your dashboard.

What should I do if a student misses a session without notice?
If a student is absent without prior cancellation, please report the incident through the “Session Feedback” form. Our support team will review the case and advise on compensation or rescheduling options.

How do I update my availability or schedule?
Log into your instructor dashboard and navigate to “My Calendar.” From there, you can adjust your availability, block off dates, or set recurring time slots.
