  • Can I communicate with students before a session is booked?

    Yes. Students may message you directly through your profile to ask questions or confirm availability. Prompt professional responses help build trust and increase bookings.

  • Instructor payments are processed monthly via your selected payout method. You can view your earnings and payment schedule under “My Earnings” in your dashboard.

  • If a student is absent without prior cancellation, please report the incident through the “Session Feedback” form. Our support team will review the case and advise on compensation or rescheduling options.

  • Log into your instructor dashboard and navigate to “My Calendar.” From there, you can adjust your availability, block off dates, or set recurring time slots.
