  • What if I really like a tutor but my schedule doesn’t line up?

    Send a quick message—many tutors are flexible and may be able to accommodate unusual schedules or special requests.

  • Yes! You can send a direct message to tutors through their profile page. This allows you to ask questions or clarify availability before booking.

  • To update your password, log into your account, go to “Settings,” and select “Change Password.” Follow the prompts to securely reset it.

  • Rescheduling is free if done at least 24 hours in advance. Late changes may result in a small fee to compensate tutors for their time.

  • If you’re not satisfied with a session, you may request a credit or reschedule within 48 hours. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to our support team for help.

  • No. All learning materials are delivered digitally through the platform, so there are no customs charges or physical shipments.

  • You can update or cancel your session by logging into your account and visiting the “My Sessions” page. Please note cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may incur a fee.
